If so, please come to a one night information session about Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous, (FA). You will learn, from a panel of folks just like you, how they were able to overcome such problems as overeating/under eating, bulimia, and obsession over food. There will also be a question and answer session. FA is a 12 step program that has helped people all over the world and all over the state of Maine lose the obsession, and maintain a right-sized body. If weight, over/under eating and food obsession issues have been making you miserable, don’t miss this one night session! There is a solution, and FA is it!

Cardio Sculpt Fusion - Fall 2018

Course includes an interactive skit, an introduction to safety planning, and an overview of the services of Caring Unlimited, York County’s Domestic Violence Resource Center.

Get Up n' Get Moving with Hypnosis SI - Fall 2018

Hypnosis is safe, natural, effective and most importantly enjoyable. In this relaxed state, we will be able to use powerful language, known as suggestion, to help you create the changes you desire. Most people say they feel energized, relaxed and motivated after a hypnosis session and you can too!

Reiki I - Fall 2018

Reiki is a safe and gentle hands-on healing technique that anyone can learn. Reiki is very simple yet powerful healing art that can be used for self-healing as well as loved ones and pets. Reiki is a sacred healing that nourishes, harmonizes, balances and empowers every aspect of life; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It’s used to support the healing process for illness, induce relaxation, reduce stress and increase general wellness. During this class you will learn the history of Reiki, the principles of Reiki, a brief introduction to the seven major energy centers, hand positions and the benefits of Reiki. You will receive your attunements and end the day with your certificate and the ability to do Reiki on yourself and loved ones.

Reiki II - Fall 2018

At this level you will learn the three sacred and ancient Reiki healing symbols, the definitions and practice drawing them. Receive your Reiki II level attunement, learn and practice distance Reiki and work with one another. Discuss building your Reiki practice and preparing sacred space for treatments. The class ends with your certificate and you are considered a practitioner and may practice Reiki on anyone. You must be certified in Reiki I to take this class.
