Sushi may seem mysterious and exotic but making great sushi at home is something anyone can do. Join us for a fun and very hands-on adventure into the art of sushi rolling. Carol will reveal the many nutritional benefits that sea vegetables offer. Participants will help slice and dice an assortment of sushi fillings, making it fun to customize your own rolls to eat. Miso soup and a dessert, both made with sea vegetables, will also be served. A complimentary bamboo mat will be given to each participant. No raw fish will be served. Please bring a cutting board, sharp non-serrated knife, large bowl, and a cotton dish towel. Tuition includes all food.
