Start learning to control how you eat, move more and feel better in this weight loss workshop. No starving yourself. No boring meal plans. No deprivation, experience real change for real life that is sustainable.
By using hypnosis, we can talk to the part of the mind responsible for creating the habits in the first place. We can create new, more positive habits that support you and your weight loss goals without constant struggle. Hypnosis is safe, effective and enjoyable. Many people report feeling very relaxed and empowered.

Classes will be held on 4/25, 5/9 & 5/23
Spanish - Keep It Simple - Spring 2019
with Patricia Mailman
Come to this one session class to see that learning Spanish can be easy when taught using a common-sense approach. When you leave, you’ll know how to construct basic sentences, having the ability and confidence to carry on a conversation at the breakfast table. (So bring a friend.)
Two long-time Maine educators felt there was a need for a simpler program for those just starting out, or have already tried but became frustrated. Spanish-Keep It Simple is very user-friendly so makes it perfect for independent learners.
Book/audio CD will be offered at an introductory rate of $20 the night of class.
