Re-purposed Sweater Mittens - Spring 2018

Brrr, it is still cold outside! Come create a pair of toasty repurposed sweater mittens tonight. Bring along a washed sweater, preferably wool or wool blend, 1/3 yard polar fleece, thread to match, pins, and fabric shears. If you have a portable sewing machine in good working order, please bring it along. Instructor will have sweaters and fleece available for a small fee.
Reiki I - Spring 2018

Reiki is a safe and gentle hands-on healing technique that anyone can learn. Reiki is very simple yet powerful healing art that can be used used for self-healing as well as loved ones and pets. Reiki is a sacred healing that nourishes, harmonizes, balances and empowers every aspect of life; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It’s used to support the healing process for illness, induce relaxation, reduce stress and increase general wellness. During this class you will learn the history of Reiki, the principles of Reiki, a brief introduction to the seven major energy centers, hand positons and the benefits of Reiki. You will receive your attunements and end the day with your certificate and the abiliy to do Reiki on yourself and loved ones.
Reiki II - Spring 2018

At this level you will learn the three sacred and ancient Reiki healing symbols, the definitions and practice drawing them. Receive your Reiki II level attunement, learn and practice distance Reiki and work with one another. Discuss building your Reiki practice and preparing sacred space for treatments. The class ends with your certificate and you are considered a practitioner and may practice Reiki on anyone. You must be certified in Reiki I to take this class.
Rosary Bracelet - Spring 2018
